Discreet Packaging and Shipping
Here at Grid Smoke, we understand our customers’ concerns about privacy and discretion. Everything we ship will be through plain cardboard boxes. Our shipping labels do not display Grid Smoke, and we do everything we can to ensure our packages are discreet.
Grid Smoke reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons.
We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: $19.99 flat rate – Delivery in 5-20 days
- Express Shipping: $39.99 flat rate – Delivery in 3-5 days
Shipping Times and Processing
Once your order is placed, our shipping team works hard to get it packaged and sent out to you within 36-48 hours. Orders are not processed on public holidays or when postal services are closed.
Tracking labels are sent out via email to [email protected] once the package is picked up by the shipping carrier.
Items Broken in Shipping
ALL packages that are broken in shipping will be replaced with the same piece or an equivalent piece. Broken packages must be photographed and documented before a replacement will be sent. Grid Smoke must be informed of the break within two days of receiving the package by contacting us at [email protected] or .
